Ronald G. Coulter was born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, and his family moved to Durham in 1961, where he attended Holt Elementary School, Carrington Junior High School and Northern High School. He graduated from Northern High School in the class of 1972. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was associated with and member of the law firm that was ultimately named Clayton, Myrick, McClanahan and Coulter, PLLC for thirty seven (37) years. He is now a sole practitioner doing business as Ronald G. Coulter, Attorney at Law. His office is at 3400 Croasdaile Drive, Suite 205, Durham, NC 27705.
Ron’s emphasis is on real estate transactions, preparing wills and the administration of estates. He also advises on and prepares contracts and business organization documents.
Ron is married to Beth Coulter and has two sons. He enjoys travel, running, reading, golf, the beach and pulling for the UNC Tar Heels.
